As the soon-to-be retired Employment Services Manager at the University Career Center, I get to work with lots of students and employers to make connections possible. I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing our students succeed in their chosen professions. Overseeing our jobs database, helping to organize career fairs and on-campus interviews, and helping students and employers navigate our online system is a challenge, but with great rewards.
In my spare time, I take care of my dogs, read, mow, sing and enjoy life as an unrepentant aging activist.
