Liz Clay

Specializing in real estate marketing and interior design, Liz Clay is an entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in the industry. Liz Clay is the founder and owner of several real estate-related companies, earning recognition as an innovative business leader with a talent for reaching diverse markets and utilizing creative marketing strategies.

Liz Clay began her career in real estate in 1995 when she joined Household Finance, serving the company as Manager. By 2001, Clay had held numerous broker and managerial positions with Canada Trust, National Bank of Canada, and Mortgage Intelligence.

After nine years of success in the industry, Clay founded her first real estate firm, Greenwood Mortgage, which provides homeowners with access to a wide range of mortgage options from abundant lending sources, including major banking institutions. Along with Greenwood Mortgage, Clay also founded Emerge Realty, a company which offers clients comprehensive real estate guidance, with a focus on versatile, custom service.

Skilled in real estate marketing, in 2007 Clay created Design2Sell, a firm that specializes in professional home design and home staging, with the goal of preparing residential properties for sale. Inspired by the success of Design2Sell, Clay also created Design4love, a unique interior design company that provides custom decor services, with an angle on transforming struggling "bachelor pads" into more inviting, female-welcoming environments.

Liz Clay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick. In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Clay is a member of the Business Improvement Association of British Columbia.
