Liz Flores is a Chicago based self-taught artist inspiring others to change their life through small steps of bravery, and find their life's work. She paints, writes and creates out of her West Loop studio. Through her writing and painting, she shares the journey of creative recovery, vulnerability and her own small steps of bravery that began a year ago during her 100dayproject.

These steps have led to featured group shows within the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, and becoming a contributing artist to The World We Want art movement.

When she’s not in her studio experimenting, you might find her running through the international terminal at ORD leading trips abroad, or building travel communities around the world through the travel startup Under30Experiences.
