I started as a Java developer working on large Telco and ISP projects back in 1999. I’ve built mobile content management systems and service delivery platforms like Vodafone Live! (yes, kids — huge game/app/content markets and microtransactions existed long before the iPhone or Android stores).

Over time, I drifted into freelance product management.
Today, I also built:

1:1 reconstructions of archaeological sites as open, interactive worlds in VR → archaeoxr.com

A strategic memory layer for people with too many hatsthreadbaire.com

I have a twisted sense of humour and a short temper, but I’m mostly harmless.
Sceptic and critical thinker. Movie and history buff. Failed archaeological conservator.
Video game enthusiast since the dark ages of the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64.
Blogger since the days of Userland’s Manila and Radio.
MST3K and Star Wars fan.
SWTOR healer extraordinaire.
Perfect example of a higher education gloriously wasted on pop culture.

Oh, and I also have a YouTube channel where I analyse real historical elements in video games.

P.S. Since a couple of people asked:
The photo is of Schinias, a 3.5 km beach northeast of Athens. It still resets everything.
