I'm creating a fundamentially new way to connect people based on what they do.

We breakdown jobs, resume's and employer profiles into a common data structure across different types of data, like location, specialty, employment type, certifications etc.

This lets us connect people based on what they know, as opposed to who they know. Candidates can now be found in context, not based on text search, improving outcomes because of getting a grip on very large data sets to replace advertising.

Mostly, it's a double-sided marketplace with built-in 'search' to create more signal to noise than people expect so far.

The profile picture is a famous picture by Diane Arbus taken in Central Park, because I enjoy artistic and original expressions anyway that they come.
