Loic Pritchett

Loic Pritchett, a native Washingtonian, is a valuable member of the Pritchett-Simunek team. Loic's contributions to the success of this team are due to his personalized service approach, and extensive knowledge of his local market. The Pritchett – Simunek team have consistently sold an average of over forty homes a year since 2006.

Loic has built a strong base of clients who continue to refer him business because of his reputation for putting his clients' best interest in mind. His goal is to create 'customers for life' and a business through referrals one client at a time.

Loic attended the College of Wooster in Ohio. After graduation, Loic started his career in France working for a television production company focused on sporting events. In 2004 he worked as an editor of public policy with US Newswire at the National Press building. Loic is a founding member of 'Just Cause' - a active philanthropy group established in 2009. To date they have raised substantial funds for non profits which benefit the local community. In his spare time he enjoys traveling abroad, film, the great outdoors and a good BBQ. Loic has resided in Friendship Heights, Shaw, U Street and currently lives in Mount Pleasant.
