Raised on a farm as number 8 in a family of 9 children, Louise Sanders is easy-going and hard working. In her spare time, you can find her reading or making real-fur bears.

Louise graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors in Physical Therapy. After 4 years as a therapist, she recognized the profound role that stress played not only in the physical well-being, but in the emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Consumed by this knowledge, Louise pursued further study into stress. She co-founded The Stress Experts with her sister Elaine. Now a Stress Consultant, Certified HeartMath Trainer and Speaker, Louise is passionate about empowering people with tools to conquer their stress so they can feel better, do better and be better.
