Louis Pargiolas

An accomplished real estate investor and developer with many years of experience in the field, Louis Pargiolas was a Partner, Developer, and Risk Capital Investor with the Trump Ocean Club in Panama. A mixed-use building with nearly three million square feet of floor space, the completed Trump Ocean Club features a wide variety of establishments, including a hotel, casino, condominiums, marina, restaurants, and retail stores. In addition to providing risk capital, Louis Pargiolas maintained an active role in project management and brought the Trump organization into the project. This project was valued at more than $500 million.

Between 2008 and 2010, Louis Pargiolas, through LagoMar Properties, served as a Partner, Developer, and Investor with Hard Rock Hotel on the Beach, a 600-room hotel located along the scenic coastline of Panama. He also worked as a Partner and Developer with the Samsung Office Complex in Colombia, a pair of high-rise office towers in the capital city of Bogotá. In addition to participating in project management and acquisition for these ventures, Louis Pargiolas established working partnerships with groups such as Aldea Projectos, Hernando Heredia Arquitectos, Espacios Urbanos, and the LPA Venture Capital Group. He has also served as a Partner and Developer with several other projects in Colombia, including the El Retiro Commercial Center.

Louis Pargiolas attended Arizona State University. He also maintains an active role in his community, serving as the Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the American Society of Bogotá in Colombia.
