I am currently working as an Enterprise Architect for OG&E, focused primarily on customer experience & personal productivity domains. This year I spend most of my time shepherding our new Agile implementation for the Digital Customer Experience product line.

I work closely with our business partners and the IT enterprise architecture group to help the company protect the customer's bill and innovate to thrive in rapidly changing technological and regulatory environments. I also continue to guide OG&E's strategic UX efforts.

Previously, I worked as the Senior User Experience Architect. I pioneered the UX practice at OG&E. I have 10 years' experience in front-end web development, including extensive UI design experience, team management, and project leadership.

My greatest strength is finding the intersection of user and business needs and enabling teams to build excellent user experiences based on that knowledge. I accomplish this advocacy through UX evangelism and by direct contribution of user stories, personas, wireframes, prototypes and usability test plans. I also design and facilitate both generative research and usability testing.

I am particularly skilled at teaching in group or individual settings. I excel at connecting technical professionals, business users, and subject matter experts to discover needs and design solutions.
