Physician by training, Quality Manager by choice, and chronic improver by nature.
I make healthcare systems behave — or at least apologize nicely when they don’t.

I’m a physician, health manager, and epidemiologist with a lifelong passion for quality, patient safety, and the art of making complex systems work — better and safer.

Over the years, I’ve helped reshape healthcare organizations from Stockholm to Buenos Aires, led international quality programs, and steered transitions through MDR, ISO 13485, and other alphabet soups only a true Quality Manager could love.

Currently, I provide consulting services and personalized medical care, with a focus on continuous improvement, patient safety, and organizational learning. Previously, I held senior positions at Linde Healthcare, TÜV SÜD, and OSYPKA AG, where I led global CAPA systems, built international teams, and guided quality transformations under tight deadlines — and tighter regulations.

I make things happen in healthcare management.
Better. Safer. Always.

Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian; professional working proficiency in German (TELC B2).
My international experience allows me to translate not only languages, but also systems, cultures, and expectations.

When I’m not writing procedures or guiding audits, you’ll find me playing music, experimenting in the kitchen, or reading European history — all proven stress-testing methods for creativity and patience.

And yes, some of my social media links might lead to digital archaeological sites — think of them as proof of an early adopter who occasionally forgot the password.
