Luca De Vitis

Luca grew up in Pescara, Italy; a warm coastal town. After high school, he moved to Bologna to study computer science where he built an incredible passion for technology. Thanks to the Debian Linux project he learned the values of sharing and Open Source and contributed to some Python projects around the world.

Luca's first job was about developing web based services with Zope. Then he built 14 years experience in the ICT sector as system integrator or as operation support.

Underwater diving is another passio. Rescue Diver with SNSI didactic, Luca is aiming at the Dive Master license. He also loves to ride his motorbike whenever the weather allows it. Skydiving might be the next challenge.
