I’m an italian passionate Solutions Architect with more than 10 years of experience on front end technologies, in particular on Javascript, HTML 5, Haxe, Flash, Flex, AIR, Lua and Swift.I've often been involved in cutting edge projects for mobile (iOS, Android, Blackberry), desktop, web and embedded devices too for big corporations.
I really love my job and I'm trying to apply daily the Kaizen culture of continuos improvement and the XP principles and values.I strongly believe that Agile and Lean methodologies could help you to achieve any goal during your job, improving yourself and the people you are working with.In my spare time I learn new technologies and methodologies reading books and attending meetup events or conferences; I'm very flexible and adaptive to any situation trying always to achieve my goals in the best way possible.

I've been certified in: Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor on Flash, Flex, AIR and Flash Lite; Adobe Community Professional, Adobe Italy consultant.

I wrote for national and international technical magazines and I'm a technical reviewer for Packt Publishing.

I'm speaker for national and international conferences or community events like Scrum Gathering, Lean Kanban United Kingdom, Mobile World Congress, Flash Camp, Scotch on the Rocks, 360 Flex, Better Software, React London UG, Pycon and so on.

In 2013 I organised an itinerant event in 6 different cities in Italy called "Having fun with Adobe AIR" where people learnt how to develop mobile applications for iOS, Android and BlackBerry with Adobe AIR.

In 2015 I started the London JavaScript Community that organises a monthly meetup talking about the current "hot topic" in the JavaScript Community.
