Lucas Stoioff is the principal and founder of DINE|AMIC GROUP, a hospitality development company headquartered in Chicago. His firm owns and operates a diverse array of restaurant and pubs and places an emphasis on innovative concepts with broad customer appeal. Lucas Stoioff and his team have spearheaded high-profile such projects as Siena Tavern and Public House gastropub and dining hall, both in Chicago. His firm currently seeks to open an additional Siena Tavern location in Miami.
A longtime Chicago resident, Luke Stoioff completed his bachelor’s degree in finance at Loyola University in New Orleans and subsequently pursued legal studies at John Marshall Law School. While clerking with the Cook County State Attorney’s Office, he began transitioning into the hospitality sector. Establishing Hypewise Entertainment Marketing Group in 2003, Luke Stoioff created a number of successful campaigns promoting well-known Chicago establishments. Today, Mr. Stoioff focuses on ensuring that his company’s commercial properties meet the highest standards of global hospitality.
