Lucy English, Ph.D. Senior Consultant

I am a Senior Consultant with Horizons Workforce consulting. In this role I manage research projects, client consulting projects, and serve as a resource for the consulting practice on research design, implementation and analytics. I have developed a methodology for measuring employee well-being and workforce sustainability and help clients to use holistically defined people-data to further their HR strategies.

Prior to coming to Bright Horizons, I was a Sociology professor at Moravian College where I was granted tenure in 2002. In that role I taught social research methods and conducted independent research. I joined Bright Horizons in 2003.

I hold a BA from the University of Redlands, an MA and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a certificate in Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility from Pepperdine University.
