Hi, I'm Luis!

I'm a Sr Clinical Development Specialist at Philips, living in the wonderful city of Shenyang in China.

I was born at the end of 1974 (yep, in the last century!), in a middle-class Argentinean family. My parents were both working class (my mum left her job to be a housewife, but don't think she stopped working!). I grew up in Haedo, in the house of my grandparents along with my brother and sister. I had a lovely childhood, spending my days riding my bike around the neighbourhood, playing games with my friends Lorena and Manuel, reading books and magazines, and spending time on my Atari 800XL computer.

From a very young age, I was always interested in science. My father had a big influence on me, and I guess you could say I have a somewhat sceptical view of the world and people because of him.

I love photography, reading and cycling. I'm also interested in technology and travel.

At the moment I'm sharing my time between raising my three children, my passion for photography, my job at Philips and the web.
