
He works in Poznan branch of „Gazeta Wyborcza". Adventure with photography began with the soviet camera, which he received on the occasion of First Holy Communion. – But after the first few rolls of film camera, for the next years camera went to the drawer - he recalls.
He says that over the years the camera several times "revived" and landed in a drawer, only in high school it returned for good to use. - In 2003 I bought my first digital camera and then my hobby became a passion, and after several years became a work - he says.
Although it seemed that he would be doing something else in his life. Before the studies, he began working as an IT specialist. - The initial enthusiasm of new technologies turned into ordinary life - he recalls. Therefore he started to photograph culture topics, concerts, sport, architecture and other interesting things in the city. And three years ago he decided to quit for good IT work for photography. Friends were suprised that he left his good job behind the desk for unpredictable work of press photographer.
- Initially, I worked for Poznan information web-portal, then I cooperated with the Polish Press Agency and since 2010 I became a press photographer and photoeditor of "Gazeta Wyborcza" - he says.
„His is a job that gives me much joy. - I just do what I truly like" - he says.
The most of all he likes to photograph sport. He accompanies Poznan football team "Lech Poznan". He says that sometimes when he has free time, he swaps with his job colleagues, because he wants to be in the stadium and taking photos.
