Hi, I’m Lulu — a People & Talent leader, tennis enthusiast, avid reader, embroidery hobbyist, creative side-project collector, and proud San Diego native.

By day, I help companies build thoughtful hiring strategies, strong cultures, and employee experiences that actually feel human. I’m passionate about using AI, design thinking, and a little operational magic to make work better for everyone — from candidates to executives.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the tennis courts, deep into a novel or audiobook, planning my next international trip, testing new tech tools, designing merch or stitching embroidery projects, or managing the steady stream of packages that comes with being an Amazon Vine reviewer. I love bringing people together — whether that’s through book clubs, community groups, career coaching, or collaborative ideas that turn into real things.
