Lydia Hester is a Full Sail University Media Design MFA graduate, as well as, Public Relations MA student . She was born in Baltimore, MD and, moved to Charlotte, NC with her family when she was 9. Lydia graduated from East Mecklenburg High School. She then moved on to Fayetteville, NC, where she received her BA in Visual Arts. Lydia was previously an Instructor at a community college where she taught Human Resources Development and employability. Here Lydia instructed students on how to complete an application, effectively write a resume, and properly conduct him or herself in an interview setting. Before she was an instructor, Lydia was a Sales and Customer Service representative for a fortune 500 company. Here she specialized in creating wireless solutions specifically designed to suit customer’s needs. Lydia is excellent in communication, and interpersonal skills. She is currently taking advantage of the opportunity to build upon her knowledge of branding, and communication skills, to break into the public relations industry.
