I enjoy the UT Longhorns, fabric art, writing and books. I write fiction to engage you to believe in the power of community.

I grew up in Duncanville, Tx, which gives me a sense of small town life. Yet the nearness of Dallas, brings the benefits of a large metroplex into my frame of reference. We were a 3A school at that time, and there was this amazing assumption that we weren't able to learn at the same level as the 4A schools. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in government. I spent 35 years working in Information Technology. I yearn for wide open spaces in all areas of my life, I write about characters who find their true fulfillment in community. What about you?
