Working throughout the East Midlands, including Coalville, Ashby, Loughborough, Derby, Burton on Trent for the last 29 years with businesses up to £3m turnover. My specialities are Goal Setting, Performance Measurement & Improvement, Board View services and many forms of financial and non-financial reporting of key performance indicators and success drivers.

Qualification

I am a qualified Certified Practising Accountant having passed my final exams way back in 1981. I actually can't believe that was 31 years ago!! Anyway, I am now in my 50's and I have been running my own business since May 1983. And before you ask, no, I have never regretted a moment of it!

Part of my marketing work involves putting my money where my mouth is. I love to work with clients using software and other tools to help them learn to grow their business and then monitor what they are doing by monthly meetings once the initial year is up.

Board Member

I attend monthly board meetings for a number of businesses with varying degrees of hands on input. Sometimes I chair the meetings to just guide the meetings along to a successful outcome and sometimes I roll up my sleeves and get "down and dirty" with practical projects. Whatever is needed.
