I teach the teachers. I train higher ed faculty in best ways to use technology and pedagogy in their courses. My work with NYU IT involves instructional media as well as knowledge management. I manage support and documentation for online services.

I'm also a teacher. I run grad courses in data science and UX design at CUNY's Journalism School. As volunteer work, I design and run tech workshops for teens.
