Manish is an strategy consultant, social change-maker and cricketer. He is an MBA graduate with an entrepreneurial background and strong desire to create social impact. He has work experience in corporate and non-profit sectors developed through working in various projects in health, education, construction, consultancy and social sectors.

Manish aspires to become successful entrepreneur and serve social sector by promoting entrepreneurship. He believes in the huge talent potential of the youth to make substantial change, which led him to co-found Yuva Ignited Minds (YIM), a youth organization that has been addressing the immediate societal needs since 2008. He has won several accolades for his work including being Top 100 Most Inspiring Social Entrepreneurs and Changemakers in Asia Pacific by FYSE Foundation (2010), Cohort of MBA Social Entrepreneurship Journey by Journeys for Change (2012).

His area of interest and research has been in identifying an effective model to promote social entrepreneurship by using technologies to solve immediate societal problems. His future aspirations include working towards effecting significant development in emerging markets, playing cricket, and travelling the world.
