Manisha Arora

Co-founded Irresistible Bites, a chocolate business that focuses on superb taste and creativity.

Yet, being a chocolateir wasn't always Manisha’s passion. She graduated in Sugar and Alcohol technology, which was a unique choice in terms of pursuing a career and reflected her love for great wines. She also has a diploma in French language and a diploma in management from IIM Lucknow. Manisha has had a variety of exciting careers, from being an HR for APAC Operations with Ameriprise financial (previously American express) and Freescale Semiconductors(previously Motorola) to being an Operations/communications Manager with Atree, which is a global think tank in environment.

Evidently someone who excels in various professions, also has a passion for traveling. Manisha has traveled around 12 countries so far. Incidentally after her trip to Paris, her interest in chocolate making grew even further and she decided to pursue it as a profession. She started taking courses and practicing her craft whenever possible. Her primary goal for her chocolate making business is to specially customize not only packaging but also chocolates, as she feels great satisfaction in giving her clients products that impart a very personal feel.

In future, Manisha has big dreams to create a marketplace for all the chocolate makers in the country, something that would provide local bakers an opportunity to excel beyond their geography.
