Mansour Mohammed Qasim Abdulla Bin Deyyan Al-Oheli, widely known as “Mansour Abdulla,” is a seasoned sports management expert with over 15 years of experience in sports consultancy, business development and commercial strategy across the Middle East. He has held leadership roles in both government and private-sector entities, contributing to transformative projects in sports governance, investment, and asset value maximization.

He currently serves as a Director of the Investment Office at the UAE Ministry of Sports. Previously, he spent two years leading commercial operations in the Middle East within a joint venture in the motorsport sector. He also served as a technical member of the UAE Pro League (2011–2018) and with the UAE Football Association as a Marketing member (2009–2012) and statistical research Vice chairman (2021–2024). Mansour founded and managed Forward Sports Consultationsince 2016 and Mubadara Sports Academy since 2020. His career also includes work in media across local and regional newspapers and TV channels (2004–2015).

Mansourhas collaborated with major international consulting firms such as KPMGand Boston CG on specialized projects, including: Saudi Arabia’s 2034 FIFA World Cup bid, Assessment of sports facilities in Saudi Arabia (2023), Regional study on governmental trends in the sports sector across the Middle East (2023–2027), Legal and commercial assessment of UAE football clubs (2022), Assessor of government entities with the Dubai Executive Council (2024)

He has also worked with sports clubs in commercial roles, such as Juventus, K.R.C. Genk, Al Ain, Al Wahda and Al Nassr, and worked with Nikeon a sports talent development project.

His expertise spans strategic planning, project management, business development, revenue growth, partnership building, risk management, and data-driven decision-making, making him a trusted reference in the region’s sports industry.

Academically, Mansourholds a MSc degree in Leadership & Organizational Excellence from ADSM, a Diploma in Sports Management from Sorbonne University, an Executive Diploma in Sports Management from FIFA/CIES, a Diploma in Intrapreneurship for Sports Industry from FIFA/CIES, and a Bachelor’s degree in BBA from the University of Dubai. He has further strengthened his credentials with a specialization in Business Strategyfrom Harvard Business School and a Professional Diploma in Marketing and Communicationfrom the Barça Innovation Hub.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mansour is passionate about community sports. In 2023, he founded the Hafeet Wolves Basketball Team and the Mubadara Women’s Football Team, reflecting his commitment to talent development and promoting inclusivity in sports.
