Manuel Gentile

Turin, Italy

I'm a 27 years-old Italian guy and I wanna see the whole world with my eyes.
I studied IT at the High School and I worked 3 years on this field, most of them as IT Developer for an international company on which I developed for Irish, French and Italian Projects.
I decided to improve my English skill in London where I spent 10 amazing months working as au-pair in an Italian-English family, kitchen hand and the last 6 incredible months in an Italian restaurant/pizzeria/ice cream shop in which after a few time I became the supervisor of the ice cream section.
I also worked for the Olympics of London 2012 as programmes seller, one of the best adventure in my life.
I left London with the only reason that I brought there, Australia. I've been in Sydney for 3 months and I worked in an Italian educational agency that helps Italian to migrate in Australia, then I went to Adelaide to do the famous 88 days to renew the visa. After holidays between New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Sydney and Hong Kong I decided to come back in Italy for learn how to make Gelato (the handmade ice cream) or Pizza. My dream is to live in Oz forever.
Well, at the end I was hired in an Ice Cream Shop and learnt a bit how to make Gelato :)
After summer I went on holiday in China, Hong Kong and Macau. Once returned, I learned how to make pizza and worked for 7 months. After summer holidays I decided to work again in IT and I'm currently working in Data Migration for an European Insurance Company.
At the moment I'm learning Chinese (mandarin) and Spanish by myself. On my to-do list there are also Portuguese, Japanese, German, Russian, Arabic, Dutch, Swedish and French.
I've also started practicing snowboarding and it's freakin awesome.
