I'm an accomplished Software Engineer with 12 years of development experience, people mentoring and building highly scalable technical solutions for novel problems.

During my career I've had the opportunity to start and grow my own company in Brazil to a team of over 30 employees and over $1.2MM of monthly revenue. The company is now a reference in BigData and Data Provisioning in South America.

I was also hired as a key-hire to help bootstrap Passei Direto which is the largest student-focused Social Network in the world with just over 23MM registered users and 11MM monthly active users.

These two experiences combined gave the strong foundation I needed to work for AWS, where I helped build major features in AWS/RDS. I have also part of the original team behind Amazon Location Services, which now serves millions of AWS customers worldwide.

Aside from technology, I'm also passionate about creating a healthy work environment, with inclusion and diversity at its core.
