I am a senior Pilates teacher with a background in Exercise Physiology and Physical Education.

Nowadays my passion for business has linked with my love of Pilates.

I have a strong interest for NLP and coaching. I want to empower others through to no longer live as if they were a passenger on someone else’s bus by showing them how take charge of their own lives and achieve their full potential.

Friendship, meaningful connections, exercise and nature are an essential part of my life. And my Brazilian heritage remains strong with a love of partying, dancing and listening to drums! In the future I am going to travel a lot more and learn to sing. I am terribly home sick!

My favorite holiday is by the beach. I enjoy paddling on a SUP board near the dolphins and my perfect wrap up for a fun day is drinking beer, resting and partying when possible.

My horoscope is Aquarius. Apparently we are great at getting along with different tribes. I love poeple who are young in their hearts, fun and outgoing, can connect past the factual stuff and don't believe that life has less meaning because we are aging.

Since I had my two wonderful sons, life has become more precious and holds more meaning for me – and I want to help others cherish each day while they realise their dreams and leave an authentic life.
