I am experienced in organizational leadership, very familiar with multisite-church dynamics, ministry departments, standards, establishing metrics while solving complex problems in collaborative environments. Most of my experience has been established in Worship, Creative, Teaching and Service gatherings.

I have enjoyed working in vocational ministry for almost 20 years with churches such as: Real Life Church, Bayside Community Church, and The Rock Church San Diego.
