Marco Brewer

Founder of Executive Management Services (EMS Inc.), a national management consulting firm that aims to improve food service operations in the U.S., Marco Brewer is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. As CEO, Marco Brewer manages daily operations and business development. With a mission to provide access to nutritious meals, Executive Management Services has helped many food service operations acquire government funding to support proper nutrition, education, innovation, and technology for almost 20 years. Marco Brewer is passionate about good health, and his company works to improve the lives of people who would otherwise have unhealthy eating habits. One of Marco Brewer’s main concerns is decreasing the cost of good nutrition for large organizations that feed the public. A unique national company, EMS Inc. offers consulting services to many institutions, including schools, juvenile detention centers, and group homes. Marco Brewer works with these organizations to link their operations with government-funded food reimbursement programs. Marco Brewer emphasizes that all government funds received by client organizations must be used to provide better nutrition and related education. At California State University (CSU), Sacramento, Marco Brewer studied business administration and marketing. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree, Marco Brewer began taking classes to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree at CSU, Fresno. Marco Brewer's training in college provided a background to help him establish and operate Executive Management Services.
