Marco Rasic

Auto industry veteran Marco Rasic, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of National Auto Loan Network, gained his expertise from the bottom up. Starting out as a Lot Attendant at a Pete Ellis dealership in South Gate, California, he subsequently became a Lot Attendant in Milwaukee for Ernie von Schledorn. Two months later, he turned 18 years old and earned a promotion to Salesman, a position he held for several years while attending Marquette University. In 1990, Marco Rasic answered a call to sell cars at his brother's dealership in California. Averaging 25 sales per month, he was quickly promoted to Sales Manager and directed a staff of 12 salespeople.

In his next position, selling vehicles at Lexus of Cerritos, Marco Rasic learned the financing and leasing end of the business. By the time he joined Toyota of Costa Mesa in 1994, he had completed additional training, which propelled him to sales of up to 55 cars a month with a high customer-satisfaction rating. In 1996, Marco Rasic became General Sales Manager of Long Beach Nissan and was pursuing a goal to own his own his own dealership. Instead, in 2000, he co-founded an advertising agency focusing on direct-mail automobile advertising. Within one year, the company achieved $1.5 million in sales. To reach the next level, the entrepreneur became an automobile lender and earned licenses in 45 states in the United States and several provinces in Canada. He worked with about 2,000 dealerships and oversaw revenues of $120 million. The business thrived until the economic downturn began in 2008.

National Auto Loan Network, established in 2010 and based in Newport Beach, California, provides direct financing to consumers who seek to purchase or refinance vehicles. Under Marco Rasic's leadership, the firm has earned Better Business Bureau accreditation and five-star ratings on TrustLink.org. As the company's leader, Marco Rasic handles day-to-day operations and oversees a team of seasoned loan officers. He also approves the numerous loan applications that arrive daily. In his leisure time, he remains active, practicing kung fu and playing soccer, basketball, and tennis.
