This guy founded Layers upon realizing that there was much more that could be done with websites than what existing technology offers us.  Today the product is constantly evolving to make using the Web a more social, more enjoyable experience for users.

He is also involved in promoting entrepeneur culture in the Barcelona area. Marcos studied Information Technology Engineering and lives outside of Barcelona with his wife and two kids.
