Marcus Daniels is a digital product entrepreneur, seed capital investor and innovation platform architect.

For over 24 years, he's started digital ventures, held entrepreneurial exec leadership positions, served on profit/non-profit boards and created innovation education programs to help Canadian startups win in global markets.

Prior to HIGHLINE, Marcus was the Managing Director of Extreme Startups, a VC-backed startup accelerator, where he's obsessed with supercharging founder development, accelerating product-market fit and graduating fundable companies. Former COO at, the world's #1 Trendspotting website with over 1 billion views & an innovation partner to Fortune 500 brands. Past VP Operations & Product Development at Frameworks, North America's leading retail QSR business intelligence software & eLearning company. Started up the eLearning division at AME Learning, a global business education company specializing in financial acumen training with patented interactive tools & technology. A digital native that started out by hacking together a BBS in 1989 that led him to co-found Fluid eNovations, an award winning web development agency. Passionate about moving forward Canadian entrepreneurship, Marcus is on the board of Extreme Startups, Youth In Motion (Canada's Top 20 Under 20), the co-chair of the Enactus Toronto chapter and on the board of Advisors for Venture for Canada. He's a frequent speaker or panalist on accelerating digital startups, venture capital and mobile product leadership. Also, Marcus is deeply involved in architecting digital strategy curriculum for academic insitutions (University of Toronto), co-creating startup innovation bootcamps and producing eLearning technology.

Marcus holds an MBA from Queen's School of Business, a BA in Psychology & Economics from McGill University and completed the Venture Capital Executive Program from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
