I am the co-founder and CEO of On Point Music management, On Point Recordings LLC, and Songs of On Point Music publishing. I have been working in the music industry for over 20 years. I have had several record deals as an artist and decided to become an executive in 1999. I’ve managed songwriters, artists, and producers since 2003. Collectively I have placed over 40 songs with most major record companies in the business with artists such as: Rihanna, Chris Brown, Cheryl Cole, Natasha Bedingfield, El Debarge, Jesse McCartney, Omarion, Letoya Luckett, Alexandra Burke, Kelly Rowland and several more. My client roster is known for songs such as: "Wet The Bed" by Chris Brown feat. Ludacris, "Miss Me With That" by Mary J Blige, “Disturbia” by Rihanna 2008, “Forever” by Chris Brown 2008, “Fight For This Love” by Cheryl Cole 2009, “Entourage” by Omarion 2007, “Favorite Girl” by Marques Houston 2007, “She Ain’t Got” by Letoya Luckett 2009, and known albums such as: "Exclusive" - Chris Brown, "Overcome" - Alexandra Burke, "Raymond vs Raymond" - Usher, and many more. I have negotiated over five publishing deals for all of my songwriters, producers, artists, and more.

I was the Vice President of TUG/ Universal Records during the release of Omarion’s “21” album and Marques Houston’s “Veteran” album. I dealt with day-to-day duties with splits, credits, producer agreements, and finding records for release for each artist signed to the label.

I joined Monster Cable in 2011 to expand their music division at Monster Music; handling all things related to music and new business development for Monster Cable as Head of Monster Music. I recently left the company as a consultant and currently consult for many other film, music, and consumer electronic companies.
