- I'm a customer service guru - Seven years of experience in professional customer service, with a more recent focus on web-based customers. Currently the customer support manager at Mojang AB.
- I run conventions - I'm the volunteer coordinator each Minecon, and as a staff member (Enforcer) at the Penny Arcade Expo, I've helped run six massive conventions.
- I perform improv comedy - I spent four years at the Upfront Theater, two on the Mainstage Ensemble, during which we created characters and stories on the spot, at the whim of our audience.
- I founded Minecraft Marathon - Gaming to raise money for Child's Play Charity. We've raised $53,000 since 2012.
