I enjoy helping others experience the joy in life whether at work or at play by encouraging them to always be and give their best.

I started my business, Mountain Lion Leadership, in 2003. As a leadership & community advocate, I am actively involved with organizations & businesses working to aid growth and development. This is combined with a passion to see women grow both personally & professionally whatever their stage of life.

My favourite job thus far is being Oma to my grandsons. I'm a motorcycle enthusiast, active gardener and love cooking and entertaining. Add to that being an avid traveller enjoying all the special moments that life brings.
