I'm an award-winning poet, travel writer and publisher of Singing Moon Press, specializing in Japanese short-form poetry. My book of poems, Prayer for the Dead: Collected Haibun & Tanka Prose, received a 2017 Merit Book Award from the Haiku Society of America, and I've received several other awards for my poetry:
