Hello! I love adventuring around the Western United States from California to Colorado, to Arizona, Nevada & Utah. I grew up in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and went to school in Utah, graduating with a 4.0 from Utah College of Massage Therapy. I'm a Master Bodyworker, highly skilled in Holistic Healing Arts, a Licensed Massage Thearpist, Certified Reiki Practitioner, & Nationally Certified in Therpeutic Massage & Bodywork. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, meditation, yoga, reading, bicycling, disc golf, volunteering, and teaching others about healthy, beautiful living in Northern Colorado.
