If you told my high school speech teacher that I would be professional speaker and trainer, she would have laughed. I found my voice and confidence when I found my passion for helping people define their careers.
I know first hand that introverts can be influential, inspirational leaders. They can even be successful entreprenuers.
I partner with leaders who are struggling to promote themselves. Together, we discover their strengths, leadership style, and brand, so they have the foresight and confidence to capture opportunities for their organizations and themselves.
By coaching leaders and training within organizations, I'm creating workplaces where more people are using their strengths, engaged in their work, and are, therefore, more productive and happy!
I'm also on a crusade to keep fellow career professionals on the cutting edge of best practices in our field, which is moving faster than the speed of light. I stay on top of trends and share with colleagues, hoping to make a tiny impact for the greater good.
