I help companies focus their product development goals and help multidisplanry teams take the guess work out of satisfying and valuable digital experiences.

My expertise is in establishing User Centered Design (UCD) processes that focus and prioritize business goals, respect user needs, and work within technical/brand/marketing constraints. I love the challenge of empowering technical, business, and creative teams to connect with end-users (and each other) in more meaningful ways through stakeholder research, crafting personas, feature prioritization, product strategy, usability testing, and prototyping -- and work tirelessly to participate and facilitate in those collaborations to create interfaces that users love to use over and over again.

I've always been one of those highly curious, right-brained/left-brained types who loves the challenge of complex problem solving and enjoys the pleasure that good design brings to the human experience. I have a deep passion for educating startups and helping established companies begin new ventures on the right foot.

I'm currently the UX Director at CHD Collective, a boutique experience design consultancy focused on web and mobile applications.
