I like to see life in its many reflections – greys and brights. To me it is never just black and white.

I founded Triskele Consulting to help businesses get more customers and increase sales by making the most of their online marketing. I do private consulting and coaching and also conduct social media workshops in Toronto, Canada.

I am an active user of social media, an award-winning corporate communicator, a certified master coach, and an accomplished web professional.

I am also a lucky to have a wonderful husband and a daughter on the journey to realizing her own remarkable potential.
