Mark Nissley is a recognized expert in the use of a "best team" approach to delivering high-value solutions. Assets are focused on stakeholder management, critical value actualization, service-oriented architecture, systems integration, active Risk Management, and PMO development. In his current work as a managing consultant for H2 Performance Consulting, Mr. Nissley delivers Program Management capability and strategy in support of US Navy IT portfolios valued over $700M. H2PC was named to the INC 500 list in both 2010 and 2011.
Mr. Nissley has led projects in IT strategy, application development, systems design, biotechnology, energy, and infrastructure. He delivers 15+ years experience in Project Management, Operational Results, Strategic Planning, and Management Consulting. His work includes capital funds, start-ups, Inc. 500, Fortune 500, and federal government organizations. Clients include household brands Wells Fargo, General Electric, Coca Cola, Armstrong, Pizza Hut, Dippin' Dots, Southern Company, International Paper, ThyssenKrupp, Royal Caribbean, the United States Marines, and the United States Air Force.

Mark lives and plays with his wife and two daughters in Pensacola, Florida.
