Mark Allen Garzon is the JLL Americas PDS Project Management Office Director - managing regional and global teams across six key PDS pillars:

• Learning & Development
• Commercial Governance
• Transitions & Transformations
• Sourcing and Procurement
• Business Shared Services

He focuses on building proactive workstreams and fostering lasting relationships through a servant-leadership approach that emphasizes meaningful connection, shared purpose, and collective accountability.

In his years at JLL, Mark has continuously brought together clients, leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams under focused strategic vision to create impactful business results. He leverages data insights and thorough situational analysis to lead transformations while breaking down complex matrixed silos to streamline how work gets done - driving greater business agility, resilience, and overall productivity.

Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities Mark is a licensed registered architect and stays involved in JLL's business resource groups and JLL career mentorship & development programs. He also maintains connections with professional organizations like the Chicago Art Deco Society, Filipino American Network, and University of Notre Dame Montana Society.

Mark's contributions have been recognized through his selection for the 2016 PDS Mentor Program, 2023 JLL Real Leadership Program, and the 2023 PDS Leadership - People Excellence Award. The latter recognizing individuals who consistently drive organizational success and cultural excellence at JLL.
