Mark Allen G. Garzon

Mark Allen Garzon is a licensed Registered Architect and VP, PDS Americas - Sourcing and Procurement Lead at JLL. In that role, he leads, manages, and directs the strategic sourcing and vendor management processes for the Project and Development Services business line.

Mark is a proactive analytical problem solver who utilizes data and project management fundamentals along with 360-degree situational assessments to identify micro and macro issues and drive impactful solutions. He focuses on big-picture end-goals and places critical importance on developing stakeholder partnerships to lead organizational initiatives from setup thru optimization. He believes in servant leadership and continuously crafts a team culture of shared responsibility, partnership, diversity, and mentorship.

He was nominated in 2018 by JLL colleagues and leadership and selected winner in 2023 for the PDS Leadership - People Excellence Award recognizing: “Role models for contributions to JLL during their career”. Mark was also chosen by JLL Leadership to participate in highly selective development programs including the 2016 PDS Mentor Program and the 2023 JLL Real Leadership- Leading Leaders Program.

Mark was educated at the University of Notre Dame, where he received his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) professional degree. He is an Ex-Officio Board Member of the Chicago Art Deco Society (past president), a State of Illinois Registered Architect, former Chicago Representative of the University of Notre Dame's School of Architecture Montana Society, and Ex-Officio Board Member of the Filipino American Network (FAN).
