Mark Chael

With years of relevant experience as an attorney in the field of intellectual property, Dr. Mark Chael provides his legal expertise as a strategic special counsel and consultant. Previously, Dr. Mark Chael worked as a patent analyst at Cardinal Intellectual Property based in Evanston, Illinois. Furthermore, he was a partner with an intellectual property law boutique in Chicago, where he had responsibility over a diverse range of matters, including biotechnology patent applications as well as pharmaceutical and medical device intellectual property litigation. He also assisted with representing clients in court. Dr. Chael holds both a law degree from The John Marshall Law School and a PhD from Northwestern University.

When not attending to his responsibilities as a legal professional, Dr. Mark Chael gives back to his local community. A dedicated volunteer, he devotes a portion of his time and talent to a charitable soup kitchen based out of Saint Joseph’s Church. Additionally, he is an associate broker at McColly Real Estate focusing on referral and relocation services.
