Mark Levinstein

Experienced antitrust attorney Mark Levinstein has played a significant role in the legal community over the course of his career. Shortly after graduating from Harvard Law School, he accepted a position with Washington, DC, law firm Williams & Connolly LLP, where he continues to serve as a partner today. Early in his career, Mark Levinstein worked closely with Professor Phillip Areeda on scholarly casebooks and articles focused on antitrust law. He also began working as an adjunct professor in the mid-1980s at The Catholic University of America and The George Washington University.

Presently, Mark Levinstein instructs courses in advanced antitrust law and professional sports law at Georgetown University. Additionally, the attorney has lectured at American University and the University of Virginia, and he regularly speaks on his areas of expertise. He has co-authored one of the industry’s leading sports law casebooks. Since 2006, Levinstein has earned annual mention in Chambers-America's Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America.
