Berlin, the Capital of Germany

WELCOME! Nice to have you here!

I am a consultant and interim manager for project financing and transaction advisory of international industry-grade renewable energy projects - covering a broad range of proven technologies, like onshore/ offshore wind, hydro power, photovoltaics, solarthermics, geothermics and biogas. Previously I worked for Venture Capital funds, in M&A, in strategic management consulting, as an independent expert to the European Commission and as an interim CFO / turn-around manager in a startup company.

Furthermore I am the head of the Renewable Energies Working Group at the Association of German Engineers (VDI), Berlin-Brandenburg chapter. With approx. 140,000 members VDI is is one of the largest technical-scientific associations in Europe.

For 15+ years I have worked with institutional and private investors, advisory groups and utilities, e.g. Corporate Finance Partners, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, BayTech Venture Capital, Hasso Plattner Ventures, KfW Bank, Lynx Consulting Group, Management Circle, HdT Essen, Berlin Technology Coaching Center, European Commission.

I graduated from University of Applied Sciences Lippe with a Diplom-Ingenieur degree (similar B.Eng. hons.) in Electrical Engineering and earned two post-graduate certificates in business: from Georg Simon Ohm University Nuremberg in Turn-Around Management and from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Renewable Energy Finance. Additionally I completed extensive trainings in (distressed) M&A and international contract law.
