I have done quite a lot with my life so far - I moved to Israel from the United States over 30 years ago, served as an officer in the IDF for over 20 years, and picked up a few degrees along the way (see below).

I have worked with academic political science programs, I live on a farming community, I love technology and I am an avid baseball fan.

At the end of my IDF career I began performing written translation and simultaneous interpretation. I was told I had a knack for it, so I went to study the subject in the university.

Translation is NOT technical!! It is culture, understanding the message and knowing who the target audience is - and then being able to get the message across.
