Marshall Ballard

I recently completed the two year Business Management and Entrepreneurship Program at Algonquin College. Ultimately, my goal is to open a coffee shop that reflects its local community in a welcoming, positive, and inclusive way. Until then, I am seeking employment with community service agencies, or other small to medium enterprises, in the Ottawa area eager to make the most of an employee with a wealth of practical experience combined with newly acquired knowledge. My background involves work as an acting policy analyst, a project officer, and program assessment officer. I'm am looking to work with organizations that have a strong commitment to improving conditions within the communities they serve, not by imposing change, but by extending invitations to discuss issues specific to those communities in an effort to find community-driven initiatives for change. My driving goal in life is to learn the fine art of saying more with less. Fingers crossed!
