Martijn Baten

Martijn Baten works as an independent social media specialist for fast-growing startups and internet concepts, in order to support them to achieve business goals with the use of social media. In Martijn’s work, his passion for online entrepreneurship comes together with his knowledge of and experience in using social media to trigger results. Besides his knowledge of social media, Martijn has experience with online marketing, content creation, online branding and PR. Martijn also works as a trainer and teacher in social media and online marketing.

Martijn is co-founder and partner of the Dutch Social Media Academy (NSMA); the online knowledge and practitioners institute for social media in business. In name of the Dutch Social Media Academy, Martijn works as author, trainer and teacher.
