I have over 30 years experience in working in adult social care, health and housing in both statutory and not-for-profit organisations. I began my career as a trained social worker in an area team and progressed through the management line gaining experience in adult social care both as a senior provider manager and then in strategic commissioning. I became an independent consultant/interim manager in early 2005 and, since then, have worked with a range of public sector and not for profit organisations providing consultancy and senior management support. I have combined my management and professional expertise with executive coaching and team development in order to provide a range of services which seek to enhance and strengthen management capacity for my clients. This ranges from interim management and project management to helping individuals and organisations deal with more sensitive and complex interpersonal and team issues which, left unresolved, impede both individual and organisational performance.
