I have over 10 years of experience producing large-scale high-impact events, looking after all aspects of the participant experience from staffing to design to AV to curation to hosting. Some of the events that I’ve been most proud to work on in a senior position include:
- Curator and Founder of TEDxEastEnd (2011 - present)
- Head of Events and Innovation at the Migrants' Rights Network (2010-2015)
- Events Curator at Inspiration Centraal (2015)
- Presenting partner of the Women on the Move Awards (2013-2014)
- Director of Operations at the Global Conference on the Prevention of Genocide (2007)
- Chief of Staff at the UNA USA Global Classrooms event at UN headquarters (2006)
These events have ranged in size from 300 to 2000 participants and up to 200 staff members, with budgets of up to $250,000.
Over the years much of of my work has also focused on human rights and social change and I have extensive experience working with non-profit organisations in Europe and North America. I currently split my time between number of different roles/projects, including:
- Founder and Director at X Equals Productions
- Founder and Director at The Circle
- Advisory Board Member at Arseh Sevom
